Town Board of the Town of Hamburg May 18, 2026 Meeting 4.28. Closing of Capital Project-Clock Tower Repair WHEREAS, the Town has completed project H102 – Clock Tower Repair, and WHEREAS, the Town has received all State and Federal aid associated with the project, and WHEREAS, the grant proceeds received were $30,146.70 less than what was initially loaned to the capital projects fund from the general fund and will be expensed from the general fund, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the closing of capital project H102 – Clock Tower and transfer of cash in the amount of $1,179,175.01 to repay the General Fund loan. 57
