Town Board of the Town of Hamburg May 18, 2026 Meeting 4.29. Closing of Capital Project WHEREAS, the Town has completed project H22 – Baseball & Recreation Project, project H23 – Golf Course, project H24- General Reserve Buildings, project H104 – Highway Garage Improvements, and project H105 – Town Hall Bathroom Remodel and WHEREAS, the H22 – Baseball & Recreation Project has cash available in the amount of $199,385.85 and the H23 – Golf Course project has cash available in the amount of $48,143.22, and WHEREAS, the H24 – General Reserve Buildings project has a deficit cash balance of $12,024.96, the H104 – Highway Garage Improvements project has a deficit cash balance of $47,322.68 and the H105 – Town Hall Bathroom Remodel project has a deficit cash balance of $721.55 and WHEREAS, the Town has determined that the surplus in project H23 – Golf Course, will provide additional funding to close out Projects H24, H104 & H105, and WHEREAS, the Town has identified the remaining funding sources of H22 & H23 after covering deficits mentioned above were initially interfund transfers from the General Fund, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the close of capital project H22 – Baseball & Recreation Project, capital project H23 – Golf Course, capital project H24 – General Reserve Buildings, capital project H104 – Highway Garage Improvements, and capital project H105 – Town Hall Bathroom Remodel by transferring cash in the amount of $60,069.19 from the H23 – Golf Course Project to project H24, H104 & H105, and transfer of remaining cash in projects H23 & H22 in the amount of $247,529.07 to the General Fund. 58
