Town Board of the Town of Hamburg April 27, 2026 Meeting 4.26. Town Hall Brick Repair Contract 2026-01 WHEREAS, the Town Buildings & Grounds Department has identified significant concerns with the deterioration of the brick around Town Hall which is in need of repair; and WHEREAS, the project was bid on April 23, but no bids were received. BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Clerk is authorized to readvertise for sealed bids entitled “Hamburg Town Hall Brick Repair, Contract 2026-01” Project bid documents will be available for viewing and download on April 28, 2026, on the Town website, and the notice will be published as soon as possible in an official Town paper; Sealed separate bids will be received at Hamburg Town Hall, Town Clerk’s Office, 6100 South Park Ave, Hamburg, New York, 14075, and said bid will be publicly opened and read aloud on Thursday, May 14, 2026 in Conference Room 7 A/B (downstairs) at 10:00 AM.
