Town Beach Jetty Repair Contract 2026-02 WHEREAS, the Town is eligible for reimbursement from FEMA for storm damage for the repair of the Town Beach Jetty BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Clerk is authorized to advertise for sealed bids entitled “Hamburg Town Beach Jetty Repair, Contract 2026-02” Project bid documents will be available for viewing and download on April 28, 2026, on the Town website, and the notice will be published as soon as possible in an official Town paper and on the NYS Contract Reporter; Sealed separate bids will be received at Hamburg Town Hall, Town Clerk’s Office, 6100 South Park Ave, Hamburg, New York, 14075, and said bid will be publicly opened and read aloud on Monday, June 1, 2026 in Conference Room 7 A/B (downstairs) at 11:00 AM.
