Town Board of the Town of Hamburg April 13, 2026 Meeting 4.6. Police - Out of Town Travel Request WHEREAS, the FBINAA National Annual Training Conference will take place in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada from Saturday, June 27, 2026 to Tuesday, June 30, 2026, and; WHEREAS, the FBINAA National Annual Training Conference offers education and networking with law enforcement veterans, fellow chiefs, and future leaders, and; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board authorizes Captain Todd Ehret to attend the FBINAA National Annual Training Conference, with the following expenses: Lodging (5 nights @ $289 CAD per night plus fees): $1,414.88 Registration: $ 600.00 Parking ($50.00 CAD daily): $ 185.00 Meals 1 day @ $32.50 (Dinner Included) 2 days @ $48.75 per day (Lunch Included)-$97.50 1 day @ $16.25 (Lunch / Dinner Included) $ 146.25 TOTAL COST: $2,346.13 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Board authorizes the use of an Unmarked Police Vehicle for transportation. Money is available in B3120.492 Seminars/Dept Training. 13
