Town Board of the Town of Hamburg April 13, 2026 Meeting 4.20. McKinley Sidewalk Extension Engineering Design WHEREAS, the Clark and McKinley intersection project was completed and funding remains under the County ARPA allocation; and WHEREAS, the Town would like to extend the new sidewalk along the west side of McKinley from the intersection to the Fairgrounds driveway; and WHEREAS, Watts Engineering, who designed the original project, has provided a proposal for the extension. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the supervisor to sign the proposal from Watts Engineering in the amount not-to-exceed $8,600.
