Town Board of the Town of Hamburg February 9, 2026 Meeting 4.12. Contract for Narcotics, between the Town of Hamburg and ECMC, for the Town of Hamburg EMS WHEREAS, Town of Hamburg EMS is currently following the process required to obtain approval to dispense narcotics on their ambulances, and WHEREAS, an initial step in the process requires a pharmacy agreement with ECMC pharmacy, and RESOLVED, the Hamburg Town Board authorizes Supervisor Lorentz, following legal review, to sign the agreement once necessary conditions are met including submittal and approval of an operational plan approved by ECMC and obtaining a license to dispense narcotics. 23
