2 TOWN OF HAMBURG | 2026 GIS SERVICES SUBJECT: TOWN OF HAMBURG 2026 GIS SERVICES Dear Mr. Jarrell: Wendel is pleased to submit this proposal for professional services associated with the Town of Hamburg’s GIS. Since 2008, Wendel has hosted and maintained both a public and staff GIS Web Map Application which assists the Town with the management of their assessment information, real property mapping updates, rezoning and mapping updates, as well as updates to various infrastructure assets. In 2026, we will fully migrate the application to ArcGIS Online and decommission the WMA. This following scope of work outlines the annual hosting fee for GIS data on Wendel’s servers, an ArcGIS Administrator fee, and additional tasks to be completed during the 2026 fiscal year. A. SCOPE OF WORK The following represents our understanding of the scope of services required of Wendel for this term agreement. Task 1 – Annual GIS Data Hosting and ArcGIS Online Administrator Services Wendel will host the Town’s GIS data on our secure ArcGIS Server environment and serve the Town via Esri’s ArcGIS Online environment. Base layer data updates shall include annual updates of parcel information, updated aerial imagery, state and federal wetlands, FEMA floodplains, and roadway centerline information from the NYS GIS Clearinghouse. 26 wendelcompanies.com
