BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves the purchase of one (1) 1600 Turbo TerrainCut
Commercial Wide-Area Mower for the amount of $66,184.68, after trade-in, per NY State Landscaping
Grounds PC69683 (PX XN CG 22) from Deere & Company. Purchase is on a lease-to-own basis with
four (4) annual payments of $17,995.67.

Funds available in account A.1640.201 to be transferred to A.7141.478.
