WEST SENECA HISTORICAL PRESERVATION COMMISSION - MEETING MINUTES WEST SENECA COMMUNITY CENTER - 1300 UNION ROAD, WEST SENECA, NY 14224 • Demolition Ordinance Advancement Chairperson Lang reported continued correspondence with the Town Attorney regarding the demolition ordinance. Chairperson Lang stated he requested an updated draft in time for this meeting but did not receive it; he anticipates review of a final iteration at the next meeting prior to forwarding to the Town of West Seneca for action. • Future Efforts & Funding Opportunities Chairperson Lang reported that the next round of the New York State Certified Local Government (CLG) grant has not yet been posted and that conference sources did not provide a release date. Chairperson Lang will raise the funding discussion during the May 11, 2026 Town Board meeting and will notify Councilmember Robertson in advance to ensure coordination with the Town Board ISSUES OF THE PUBLIC None received.
