TOWN OF AURORA 575 OAKWOOD AVENUE, EAST AURORA, NY 14052 BUILDING DEPARTMENT (716) 652-7591 MEMO TO: Supervisor Snyder and Town Board Members FROM: | Elizabeth Cassidy, Code Enforcement Officer DATE: — January 21, 2026 The Building Department has accepted Site Plan and Special Use Permit applications for 359 Quaker Rd by owner Callie Williams of PCW Enterprises LLC. The request is to demolish the existing building and construct a new 5600 sq ft office building and parking lot. The proposed use is for a dental office, primarily. This use is allowed in the C3 district as regulated in both the C2 and C1 districts, which is why the SUP is required. The Town Board should refer both applications to the Planning Board for their review and recommendation. After receiving the recommendation, the Town Board shall schedule a public hearing. A SEQR determination must be made prior to the Town Board’s decision. Due to the proximity of the property to the municipal boundary, a referral to Erie County Department of Environment and Planning is required as per GML §239-m. Both applications are Unlisted Actions for purposes of SEQRA. Please contact my office with any questions. Liz Cassidy
