Our current project schedule anticipates commencing framing on or about May 12, 2026, Prior to framing, we plan to run utilities and pour the foundation as soon as approvals, weather, and site conditions allow. This letter is provided to communicate our intent to build and to support any permitting, planning, or coordination processes required for the project.
