SUBJECT: Expired permit
As previously notified by expiration notices dated 12/13/24 and 1/17/25 and violation notices dated
3/19/25 and 10/2/25, the permit for the addition and renovations expired on 1/3/25. If construction is
complete, contact the office as soon as possible to schedule a final inspection, otherwise, the permit must
be renewed no later than 12/29/25 as the permit is now 11 months past due.
Failure to comply will result in Justice Court Action.
