Sentz, PE Azar Design Co Reference: Scope and Fee - Analysis of Town of Aurora Water System’s Interconnections with Neighboring Municipalities Thank you for allowing us to submit a proposal and work on a study of the Town’s water system relating to how it connects to the neighboring municipalities. Our scope of work will include: e Discussion with Town representatives on the Town water system e Discussion with Erie County Water Authority on your system and neighboring Town’s water systems and how they are connected. This will include Bulk Sales, Leased Managed and Direct Customers. We will also look at who maintains each system and who invests in the Capital improvements. e Discussion with the Deputy Emergency Manager for the Village and Town e Visit the field and take pictures of each connection point e Develop a PowerPoint presentation relating the findings through this research. e Conduct a meeting with stake holders to review the PowerPoint to ensure its accuracy and develop better understanding on everyone’s part. e Revise the PowerPoint as needed and present to the Town Board e If needed, present the same PowerPoint to the Village Board. The fee for this service is a Not to Exceed amount of $3,000 to be paid as a lump sum upon completion of the project which is expected at the end of May If you have any questions or need further information, please contact me.
