TOWN OF AURORA WATER CONNECTIONS WITH ITS NEIGHBORING MUNICIPALITIES The water system within the Town of Aurora is owned, operated and maintained by ECWA. The Towns of Wales, Colden and Holland have no municipal water systems. Therefore, there is no connection between these Towns and the Town of Aurora The Towns of Orchard Park and Boston are Leased Managed Systems. By definition, this means that the ECWA supplies water, bills customers and maintains the system. The municipality is responsible for capital improvements.
