The 2003 Agreement will be automatically renewed for the three-year period unless we receive a written termination notice from your Municipality by the close of business July 7, 2026. Said notice must also be sent to Ms. Karen Kist, Director, Buffalo HUD Office, 300 Pearl Street, Suite 301, Buffalo, New York 14202. One final point; should your Municipality choose to remain within the urban county, it is ineligible to apply for grants under the HUD-Administered Small Cities or State CDBG programs while it is part of the urban county.
