10th Town Board Meeting 05/20/2026 Page 4 choosing Orchard Park for their home and raising their family here, and Brendan choosing the Orchard Park Police Department to attain his next level in his law enforcement career. The number of letters of recommendation, phone calls and in-person discussions that the board received where people were willing to express your background, leadership skills and work ethic was truly amazing. We have great employees who work within the police department who are eager to see leadership back in place, and willing to work together with a new Chief to move the department forward to be the best it can be. As the board tonight moves through the next phase of the hiring process, I want to thank Brendon O’Hara for his professionalism throughout the last 4 months.
