PARKS & GROUNDS AGREEMENT 16. The Licensee shall clean the bathrooms and refill the toilet paper and soap dispensers during the hours (duration) that the Licensee uses the facility. Failure to have the restrooms clean for the next Licensee may result in cancellation of the Lease. 17. Licensee shall remove litter and empty waste containers from an area within 250 feet of the facility building during the hours of operation, and prior to leaving the site for the day. 18. The Town of Orchard Park shall maintain the playing fields. Licensee shall provide and maintain all field striping. 19. This Agreement shall be effective for one year beginning on the x 4 i day of, j a , 2026 and ending on the _4/ = day of 02 tober 1 2026.
