Ko Resolution to Extend Appointment of Chief Greg Sheppard WHEREAS, Greg Sheppard is presently serving as Interim Police Chief, and his term is set to expire on May 3, 2026; and WHEREAS, the governing body finds it necessary and in the best interest of the department to extend Chief Sheppard’s appointment to ensure continuity of leadership. NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, that Greg Sheppard’s appointment as Chief be and hereby is extended for an additional eleven (11) days, through and including May 14, 2026, under the same terms and conditions presently in effect; and be it further RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
