Director of Finance re Budget transfer - Engineering Department Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Kims, to authorize the following 2025 budget transfer for the Engineering Department: RESOLVED, that the Town of West Seneca Board authorizes the following 2025 budget transfer for an adjustment to 01144000.50451 Engineering Professional Services from 01199000.50480 Contingency. Director of Finance re Budget amendment - Police Department Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Kims, to authorize the following 2025 budget amendment for the Police Department Auction Proceeds: WHEREAS, the Town of West Seneca Police sold equipment at an auction, the proceeds of which are to be used towards the purchase of police vehicles; and WHEREAS, the payment received from this auction on September 17, 2025 in the amount of $44,400.00, will be recognized as revenue in the General Fund as Sale of Surplus Equipment, account 01000100.42665: NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the 2025 budget amendment to increase Sale of Surplus Equipment 01000100.42665 $44,400.00 for the receipt of auction proceeds. Police – Vehicles, account 01312000.50208 will also be increased by $44,400.00 for the purchase of police vehicles.
