WEST SENECA COURT ROOM TOWN BOARD PROCEEDINGS 1250 Union Road Minutes - Meeting # 2025-24 West Seneca, NY 14224 December 22, 2025 WHEREAS, the Town of West Seneca Senior Center received insurance proceeds for damage to a Going Places Van; and WHEREAS, the payment received from the insurance company in the amount of $4,236.06, will be recognized as revenue in the General Fund as Insurance Recoveries, account 01000100.42680: NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the 2025 budget amendment to increase Insurance Recoveries 01000100.42680 $4,236.06 for the receipt of insurance proceeds. Senior Center – Repair and Maintenance, account 01762000.50445 will also be increased by $4,236.06 for the repairs made to the Going Places Van.
