Town Board of the Town of Hamburg November 2, 2026 Meeting 4.17. Twin Willow Water Service WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg is responsible for the waterlines within the Twin Willow area; and WHEREAS, a leak has been detected related to vacant home at 5036 Lakeshore Road, Hamburg 14075, and no shut off valve was located; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Department recommends hiring Russo Development Inc. to install a curb box to address the issue at a cost of $1,490.00. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the Town Engineer to sign the attached quote from Russo Development Inc. and for work to start immediately.
