VILLAGE OF GOWANDA | WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT ~ PHASE 2 SDC 3) Update document per NYSEFC requirements for grant funding including newly obtained BIL funding. 4) Coordinate with Congressional Office on compliance for Congressional Directed Spending grant. 5) Review potential phasing and grant opportunities to investigate maximizing grant funding, 6) Prepare additional NYSEFC submittals for project signage. 7) Prepare NYSEFC forms for impact of operation and maintenance costs and EDU cost impact. 8) Coordination with Village and DOCCS on funding to date. 9) Coordination with Village, DOCCS, and Municipal Solutions on DOCCS payment for Phase 2 upgrades. 10) Attendance at meetings and conference calls with Village, DOCCS, Municipal Solutions, related to Phase 2 and cost negotiations for Phase 2. 11) Coordinate with Village and Village grant consultant on documentation required for NYSDEC and Federal Government related to WIA and Congressional Directed Spending grants. 12) Support on any updated bond resolutions needed going forward (if any} 43) Coordination and meetings with Village and Municipal Solutions to evaluate phases to incorporate various cost share and grant funding amounts. B. EXCLUSIONS The following services are excluded from this proposal: 4) Any and all work not specifically included in the above “scope of work” is excluded. 2) Commissioning and construction testing are not included in this proposal. If itis determined that these services are required on the project, the services can be furnished upon a supplemental agreement. C. ASSUMPTIONS 1) We have assumed twelve (12) months or fifty-two (52) weeks of construction time. D. PROPOSAL FEE: We trust the above scope of work meets the Village of Gowanda’s requirements.
