Services for SEQRA, subsurface environmental geotechnical or radon investigations, infiltration tests, and Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments services are not included at this time. 4. Services for the design and development of construction contract documents for building renovation designs, environmental reviews/investigations, bidding assistance, and construction administration/inspection are not included at this time. 5. The preliminary opinion of probable construction costs will be preliminary in content and based on conceptual design solutions that are not fully developed or detailed. 6. Our fee for the ACM and hazardous materials survey includes the sampling and analysis of up to 60 samples by standard PLM, up to 75 samples for PLM-NOB analysis and up to 75 samples for TEM- follow-up. Additional sampling and analysis shall be reimbursable at the following unit rates: $12 for standard PLM analysis, $20 for PLM/NOB Gravimetric Reduction analysis, $26 for NOB/TEM follow-up analysis and $325 for vermiculite containing surfacing materials (i.e.: plaster, spray applied fireproofing, etc.). Loose fill vermiculite insulation shall be assumed ACM as per EPA/NYSDOL directives. We will adjust our final fee based on the actual number of each type of analysis. We will only invoice the Village for the actual number of analyses performed.
