We would like permission to close Main Street from Olean Road to Elm/Riley Streets
and Riley Street from Main Street to the Riley Street Station Parking Lot for the EA
Summer Street Festival (formerly the Sidewall< Sale & Street Festival),

Vendors will put tents up along Main Street and part of Riley Street. Elm Street will remain
open.

Kid Zone will be placed in the parking lot on Riley Street behind Subway, Reflections Mind
Body & Soul, and The Plant Shack. We are working on obtaining the notarized letter from
the parl<ing lot owner. We do not expect an Issue as we held Operation Kids in the same
pari<ing lot last year with no problems.

We have already checked with the Lt. Dustin Waldron who said the Police Department has
no problem with It.

The EA Fire Department usually brings a manned Fire Truck to the festival.

Traffic will be detoured off Main Street, down Elm Street to Oakwood Avenue.

The Ace Hardware, Riley Street Station, and the Classic Rink parking lots will all remain
open and unblocked, We are aware that the EA Farmer's Marl<et is taking place at the
corner of Riley Street and Girard Avenue for part of the festival. Last year when Riley Street
was partially blocked, we did not have any reported issues from the market.

Streets will start to be closed to traffic at 6 a.m. Vendors will be begin setting up at about
7:30 a.m. The event starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 4 p,m, Streets will reopen at 5 p,m,
