NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law (SEQRA), and 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Town Board determines that the formation of the District is an Unlisted Action, and therefore can conduct an uncoordinated environmental review of the application, deferring to other involved agencies each to make independent determinations of environmental significance; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board accepts an Environmental Assessment Form that evaluates the potential environmental impacts associated with the formation of the District; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Amended Report shall be made available for public inspection in the Office of the Town Clerk. 53
