Ice Arena Vending Machine Proposal Acceptance WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Youth, Recreation & Senior Services Dept. prepared and posted RFP documents for vending machines at the Town Ice Arena, and WHEREAS, a public bid opening was held Monday, August 31 st at 11am and only one bid was submitted, BE IT RESOLVED, that, upon the approval of the Town legal department and the Town insurance consultants, the Town Board authorizes the Youth, Recreation & Senior Services Dept. to accept the one and only bid received for vending machines at the Hamburg Town Ice Arena from Royalty4 LLC.
