Town Board of the Town of Hamburg August 10, 2026 Meeting 4.5. Amend Start Times of Town Board Work Sessions and Regular Town Board Meetings WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg has determined that modifying the start times of its Work Sessions and Regular Town Board Meetings will better accommodate the efficient conduct of Town business. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that effective September 1, 2026, the Town of Hamburg Town Board hereby establishes the following meeting schedule: Town Board Work Sessions shall begin at 5:00 p.m.; and Regular Town Board Meetings shall begin at 6:00 p.m. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all future notices, agendas, legal notices, and publications pertaining to Town Board meetings shall reflect these revised meeting times. 18
