Town Board of the Town of Hamburg August 10, 2026 Meeting 4.6. Armor Pump Station Repair WHEREAS, the Hamburg Highway Department has an immediate need for emergency repair of the Armor Pump Station. Replacement of the pump system, force main piping and catch basin are necessary to prevent flooding. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Highway Dept. has received a project proposal from Kandey Co. with a price from NYS Bid #P26-040 of $129,171.00 for this emergency repair. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Hamburg Town Board approves the use of $80,000 from B1490.0440.0001 Public Works -Independent Contractor services and a transfer of $49,171.00 from B Fund Fund balance (B.0000.0909) with the approval of the board. 19
