Town Board of the Town of Hamburg August 10, 2026 Meeting 4.45. McKinley Parkway Sidewalk Extension WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg would like to extend the sidewalk on McKinley Parkway from Clark St to the first driveway of the Fairgrounds; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Department requested quotes for the work, but all quotes received were above the public bid requirement and funding available. However, the Town would like to complete as much as of the work as possible; and WHEREAS, the Town Engineer recommends the Town award the McKinley Parkway Sidewalk Extension to Surianello Concrete for a not-to-exceed price of $34,000.00. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Surianello Concrete for work. Funds are available in H106.1440.440 212
