4.28. Highway Budget Amendment

WHEREAS, The Highway Dept. has received funds from residents for installation of drainage pipe that
has exceeded the amount budgeted for 2026 by $2,315.00.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board approve that the funds exceeding the budgeted
amount will be deposited into Revenue Account DB.2770.7 and transferred to DB.5110.474.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Expense Account DB.5110.474 be increased by $2,315.00.
