Town Board of the Town of Hamburg August 10, 2026 Meeting 4.29. Authorize additional Authorized signer to bank accounts BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg hereby designates Dan Kozub, Deputy Superintendent, as an authorized signer on the Town bank accounts identified by the Town Comptroller and approved by the Town Supervisor, subject to all applicable laws, Town policies, banking agreements, and internal control procedures; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this authorization permits Mr. Kozub to sign checks and approve other banking transactions only when such payments or transactions have been properly authorized, audited, and approved in accordance with Town policies and applicable law; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this authorization does not independently authorize Mr. Kozub to: Open or close a bank account; Borrow money or otherwise obligate the Town; Change account ownership or account terms; Execute investment transactions unless separately authorized; or Circumvent any dual-signature, dual-approval, claims-audit, or electronic-banking controls established by the Town; 72
