9. The town's insurance requirements are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Town and its insurance consultants. 10. The vendor shall abide by and enforce the following rules and regulations: a. No refreshments are to be dispensed in glass or metal containers. b. No additions or alterations may be made to the premises temporarily or other by the vendor. c. Vendor cannot sub-contract the sale or distribution of any vending to any other entities on the premises. 11. Acceptable bids are at the discretion of the vendor and will be reviewed when opened on August31st 2026, at 11:00 a.m. 12. The successful applicant shall enter into an agreement by September 4th, 2026, with the Town covering the foregoing terms herein set forth, prior to occupancy. 13. Award of RFP will be made only to the lowest responsible bidder whose proposals shall comply with all the provisions required to render it formal and provides the best value to the Town per the Town Code and the weighted point system defined above. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if, in its opinion, the best interests of the Town will, thereby, be promoted. 14. THE TOWN RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ALL PROPOSALS, to consider the reputation of the applicant in making its selection, and to waive any informalities or minor deviations from the specifications. 15.
