Town Board of the Town of Hamburg April 13, 2026 Meeting 4.21. West Arnold Archeological Phase 1B Study WHEREAS, as the Town pursues funding opportunities for the waterline replacement project on W Arnold Drive for the Idlewood Subdivision, the Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation requires the investigation for any historic or archeological resources in the project area; and WHEREAS, the Town must conduct a Phase 1B archeological study and has obtained a proposal from Heritage Chronicle in the amount of $9946.88; and WHEREAS, the proposal has been reviewed by Town departments working on this project and find it adequate. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the legal team to enter into a contract with Heritage Chronicle for the performance of a Phase 1B archeological study.
