Town Board of the Town of Hamburg February 9, 2026 Meeting 4.8. WA Wilson Arena Concrete Testing WHEREAS, as part of the Hamburg Ice Phase 4 project, concrete work was completed in the building and on the outside equipment pad; and WHEREAS, as part of the building permit, the concrete work must be inspected and lab tested for compliance with the design by a third-party company outside of the contracts; and WHEREAS, WA Wilson completed the work in August 2025 and failed to bill the Town until December 2025. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorize the payment to WA Wilson in the amount of 1,482.00. Funds available H111.7185.0285.0000 11
