The goal of the renovations is to improve the security and efficiency of the layout and operations, while also developing a more professional aesthetic for the Court space. Architectural Project Scope : Field verify existing conditions. Meetings will Town. Verify and update program as necessary. Develop Architectural Construction Documents to secure bids and permitting. Assist the Town with procurement. Review bids and make recommendations. Construction Administration (up to (4) construction meetings, review shop drawings, review pay applications). Engineering Project Scope : Mechanical Systems: * Design of complete HVAC systems for all occupied spaces, including load calculations, equipment sizing, and energy code compliance. * Ventilation design per ASHRAE and NYS Mechanical Cade standards. * Minimal modification of existing steam radiators as needed for space revisions. * Design of air conditioning associated with waiting room and two conference rooms. * Coordination of ceiling devices associated with new ceiling grid and system. 1j;Page
