Interior Design (Finish and color selections). Construction Contracts. Construction Cost Estimating. Printing, reproduction and distribution — will be billed as a direct expense. Surveying. Renderings and computer modeling. FFAE can provide/coordinate the above services, on an hourly basis, as “Additional Services” if requested by the Owner. Billing Rates : Senior Principal: $185/hr.
