Laurie Kutina made a motion to the Planning Board to recommend to the Town Board, to approve the Site Plan request for 50 Center Ridge Road, owned by Thomas Miller, represented by Shannon Murphy from Empire Solar Solutions. The application is for the installation of a rooftop solar system with a 32.190 kW DC output and 74 total panels on a single-family residence. Site Plan approval is required for any solar energy system capable of producing more than 25 kW of energy. Second by Angela Griffis Upon a vote being taken: Ayes- 6 Noes- 0 Motion carried
