Regular Meeting January 8, 2026 2 The regular organizational meeting of the Marilla Town Board was held on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 7:03 pm. at the Marilla Town Hall, 1740 Two Rod Road, Marilla, New York. Officials present were: Earl Gingerich Jr., Supervisor Brian Nolan, Councilman Matthew Dolegowski, Councilman Randy Reichert, Councilman Anthony Sebastiano, Councilman Supervisor Gingerich called the meeting to order and the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Communications None Committee Reports None Open Board Presentations from the Public None Old Business Motion: Councilman Reichert moved, seconded by Councilman Dolegowski to Approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting held on 12/11/2025, and the Settlement Meeting held on 12/30/2025. Motion Carried. New Business Motion: Councilman Sebastiano moved, seconded by Councilman Nolan to Adopt Allied Sportsman Shooting Hours for 2026. Councilman Reichert – Aye Councilman Nolan - Aye Councilman Dolegowski – Aye Supervisor Gingerich - Aye Councilman Sebastiano - Aye Motion Carried. Motion: Councilman Nolan moved, seconded by Councilman Dolegowski to Declare Lead Agency for Local Law #1 2026 and determine it is a Type II action. Roll Call Vote: Councilman Reichert – Aye Councilman Nolan - Aye Councilman Dolegowski – Aye Supervisor Gingerich - Aye Councilman Sebastiano - Aye Motion Carried. Motion: Tabled until next month to Adopt Local Law #1 2026 Supervisor to a Four-Year term. Motion: Councilman Sebastiano moved, seconded by Councilman Dolegowski to appoint Karen Krah as Assessor Clerk for 2026 and pay according to the adopted clerk's pay scale. Motion Carried.
