Motion Carried. Motion: Councilman Nolan moved, seconded by Councilman Sebastiano accept annual reports from Town Clerk/Tax Collector, Assessors and Code Enforcements Office. Motion Carried. Supervisor Gingerich Jr. stated that the only thing that can be done now is to approve the wording of the Bond for Stolle Road and Two Rod Road Solar Projects as the Special Use permit requirements have not been met. The Solar Company was notified on 12/22/25 as per the Special Use Permit that they purchase materials from New York State and they showed them all out of state and we found several items can be manufactured or purchased from a business in Clarence, NY as our Engineers have researched and found. They have not acknowledged it as of yet to make changes. I’m sure there are other companies in New York State that make and sell the items they need. Until that is corrected the Permit will be on hold. The Solar Company will have to come up with a way to prove to the Town that the products are being made and purchased in New York State. The Solar Company will have to submit reports, receipts, etc. weekly or monthly to the Town Code Enforcement, Town Clerk and Supervisor to prove where they have gotten the equipment/parts in New York State. It is part of the requirements. The checks will be released from escrow tomorrow; deposited and give it 14 days to make sure they are valid checks and clear the bank. The Town has updated and adopted the new Building Permit fees which include fees for Personal and Commercial Solar Projects. Motion: Councilman Reichert moved, seconded by Councilman Nolan to Accept the wording for the Bond Issuance for the Stolle Road Solar Project. Motion Carried. Roll Call Vote: Councilman Dolegowski – Aye Councilman Reichert - Aye Councilman Nolan – Aye Supervisor Gingerich - Aye Councilman Sebastiano - Aye Motion Carried.
