Lackawanna City Council 714 Ridge Road Lackawanna, New York 14218 Honorable City Council, I am requesting approval to attend the NYCOM Fall Training School for City and Village Officials. Training is scheduled September 14th through September 18, 2026 in Saratoga Springs. These training sessions include municipal law, local finance and government operations.
